At NurseMade Naturals, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
-All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using DHL E-Commerce, USPS or Packet depending on your location and the fastest available service.
-Typical delivery time frame is between 14 to 21 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier.
-All orders are shipped with tracking numbers so you can track them every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
International Shipping:
- We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.
Shipping Responsibility
- Once your order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible or liable for any missing items.
- We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking information and make sure that someone is available to receive the package upon delivery.
Shipping Times
- Please be aware that shipping times only account for the period when items are in transit. The total time from order placement to delivery includes both processing and shipping times.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
**Eligible Returns:**
- Beauty products must be unopened and in their original condition due to health and safety reasons.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Please contact us to initiate a return use our Contact Us page or at instagram/nursemadenaturals. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item(s).
**Non-Returnable Items:**
- Digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable.
**Refunds:**
- Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they meet the return criteria, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
**Damaged or Defective Items:**
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
